Born in Bessemer Alabama, Pastor Duff is the eighth child and the seventh son of eleven children born to the Late Izora Hill Starks. His mother instilled in him a love for God, a sense of duty, and accountability. Her love, firm leadership, and devout faith in Jesus inspired him to always follow God. 

Following the military lead of 6 out of 8 brothers Pastor Duff enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He served 5 years received many accommodations and became a Military Police (MP). After honorably completing his military service he began working for the United States Postal Service. He has been a loyal and respected employee for more than 36 years.

In 1986 Pastor Duff married his college sweetheart the beautiful and faithful Ruthie McArthur Duff. The Duff’s have committed to the parental spiritual growth of three beautiful daughters: Suzette Vega, husband – Alan Vega; Nicole Duff-Kimbrough, husband – Jarvis Kimbrough; Dion Duff. One fantastic son: Andre Tyus Jr. The Duff’s are also very proud to have five grandsons: Raphael, Curtis, Myles, Dennis and Beauregard, and the newest addition baby girl Janelle. All the children and grandchildren are part of ROFCC and assist in the ministry. The Duff’s have been happily married for over 35 years.

Pastor Duff is a graduate of Wenonah High School in Birmingham Alabama. Bessemer State Technical College, Lawson State Community College, and Estonian Baptist Bible College. He is an Alumni of Grand Canyon University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Studies and a Master’s Degree in Theology with a concentration in Crisis, Conflict, and Change.

He is the founder and CEO of Fate to Faith, LLC. This company provides motivational speakers, biblical teachers, planning and implementation of various Christian workshops and conferences.

Pastor Duff He is the founder and senior pastor of Revelation of Faith Christian Center (ROFCC), non-denominational church located in Hueytown, Alabama. ROFCC is a 21st century church preaching and teaching the never changing infallible Word of God.

Since 1999 Pastor Duff has been committed to generating and cultivating an authentic church worship experience that glorifies God and exceeds all expectations. He is committed to the church responsibility of educating the people and transforming communities. His unwavering compassion for people along with his faithfulness to fill each with PURPOSE, POWER, and PRAISE will continue yielding great results for the Kingdom of God.
