Born in Brighton, Alabama to George and Margaret McArthur. Ruthie L. Duff is the 3rd of 4 children. She has been happily married to Pastor Reginald L. Duff for more than 35 years. They have 3 lovely daughters, 1 handsome son, and 5 fantastic grandsons. 

She grew up in Roosevelt City, Alabama and graduated from Shades Valley High School. Lady Duff is a graduate of Lawson State Community College (Associates Degree – Accounting), University of Phoenix (BSM and MBA (concentration in global small business management), and Grand Canyon University (master’s in theology (concentration in Urban Ministry).

Ruthie L. Duff is innovator, motivational speaker, and visionary. She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Reginald L. Duff of Revelation of Faith Christian Church and the Co-founder of Fate to Faith, LLC

Lady Duff serves as director of ROFCC’s women and children ministries. She is the Chief Financial Officer and assist Pastor Duff as needed. She is a teacher within Christian Education. Serving as: Youth growing our faith instructor, Teatime with God Bible Study, and Women of the Bible virtual Bible Study.

Lady Duff has been part of National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Central Alabama Chapter, IFAMM OES, and Upsilon Omega Psi Sorority Inc. She is the visionary and founder of First and Leading Ladies of Integrity. This group of intelligent and extraordinary women of integrity serve their communities with a humble spirit. They are recognized on an annual basis and seek to impact this country by preparing young women for Godly leadership within their communities.

Lady Duff has a flare for theater and Dance. She is an original pioneer of sacred movement as part of worship and is the founder of Grace, Mercy, and Salvation Liturgical dance company. Her Daughter continued her dance legacy and planted a like group in Montgomery Alabama.

Her biblically Christian worldview and knowledge allows her to communicate the Gospel to various urban cultures without compromising the never changing infallible Word of God. Lady Duff faith is anchored in Jesus. It is her mission to inspire, instruct, and instill the Word and Love of God to a hurting society of people around the world.
